Method
Week 1–2
We visit your site, discuss lifestyle needs, budget parameters, and regulatory context. You receive a written brief and scope proposal with fixed-fee quotation in SEK.
Week 3–6
Two design directions exploring massing, plan, section, and material palette. We present 3D visualisations and a preliminary cost estimate at a studio review on Kungsportsavenyen.
Week 7–8
Refinement of the chosen concept. Coordination with structural engineer and energy consultant. Detailed plans, elevations, and landscape integration.
Week 9–14
Preparation of bygglov documents and submission to your municipality. We manage correspondence and revisions through to approval.
Week 15–22
Construction drawings, specifications, and tender package for your builder. Structural, MEP, and energy details fully resolved.
Ongoing
Optional site visits during build, contractor queries, and snagging review. We remain available until handover is complete.
